Appliance Repair for refrigerators, ranges, ovens, and dryers

 Custom Care HB repaired my Viking refrigerator/freezer, oven and garbage disposal hours after I called them. Bob was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he did as well as how to care for my appliances. I definitely recommend their services!!!  

 Our refrigerator made a loud sound and began flooding our kitchen. We were lucky to be home and shut the water off. We called Custom Care Appliance and they were here within an hour. They immediately identified the problem and ordered the part. Two days later they returned and completed the repair.  

If I was able to post 10 Stars I could!!  Bob came immediately out to service my older custom Kitchen Aid refrigerator in Huntington Beach. I had 2 prior product losses due to another service providers inability to correctly fix the problem.
Bob arrived right on time, well prepared and professional. He was able to identify the problem, made immediate repair on site. The cost of his service reflected great value in his performance. Bob also left direct contact info in case of any future concerns..
I suggest and support Custom Care Appliance Repair, especially Bob, when it comes to setting the bar of professional service. He is simply the BEST with appliance service.

My faith in repair services has been restored!  Fridge died on a Sunday and Amy was there to take my call and get me scheduled right away. She was personable and a joy to talk to. Bob the tech was so informative!  I was about to make a big mistake by purchasing a new, cheap fridge rather that fix this older one and he explained what an excellent fridge it was and that I would be trading a Ferrari for Ford--my analogy. He and his partner took excellent care of my hardwood floors and even vacuumed behind and around the unit. I could go on, but bottom line, this company is nothing less than 5 Stars. As a first-time customer of Custom Care, I didn't know what to expect when I made an appointment to have my oven repaired. Well, let me tell you that I will never go to anyone else for service on my oven or refrigerator.  Bob arrived on time (when does that ever happen?), immediately diagnosed the issues with my oven, repaired it on the spot (less than 40 minutes), and also cleaned the condenser in my fridge.  He explained everything along the way and showed me the parts that were broken along the way so I knew he wasn't selling me a bill of goods.  And the office folks at Custom Care could not be nicer.  All around a VERY pleasant experience.
